Abstract
In this paper a constrained bi-matrix game with intuitionistic fuzzy goals is studied. The Nash-equilibrium solution is defined for the problem, and some necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of equilibrium solution are stated and proved. Then, a mathematical programming model is given, and it is proved that its optimal solution is an equilibrium solution of this bi-matrix game. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the proposed model.
