چکیده مقاله

This work reports, application of supramolecular solvent based liquid-liquid microextraction (SUPSs-LLME) method for separation and determination of riboflavin in food samples by spectrofluorimetry. Extraction based on the supramolecular solvent, in comparison with the classical methods of preparation of samples, has unique characteristics such as high extraction ability, good preconcentration, rapid measurement, low cost and simple preparation. Supramolecules are also known as eco-friendly solvents. The presented preconcentration method was based on using 1-decanol/THF as supramolecular solvent phase and the riboflavin extracted into the supramolecular solvent phase, centrifuged and then the extraction recovery (%ER) was measured. The impact of some variables on the efficiency of microextraction; pH, ultrasonic mixing time, volume of 1 -decanol and THF was investigated and optimized by central composite design(CCD). Under the optimum conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) and relative standard deviation (RSD) were 3.3 ng mL−1and % 4.8, respectively. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied for the selective determination of trace amounts of riboflavin in food samples.
