Abstract

In this paper, we obtain a posterior distribution for the location matrix of th matrix variate skew normal distribution, by considering a matrix variate normal distribution as prior. Also, as an application of the result, we derive the Bayes estimator for the stress-strength reliability of the multivariate normal distribution.
