Abstract
Trampoline exercises have increasingly gained attention due to their numerous health benefits and the improvement of children's physical fitness. However, ensuring safety and addressing ethical considerations in conducting these exercises for children remains a significant challenge. This study proposes a comprehensive approach to identifying and examining safety and ethical considerations in trampoline exercises for children. The approach includes an analysis of risks associated with trampoline use, proper training, and the implementation of safety procedures. The results of this research aim to assist researchers in designing effective approaches for implementing trampoline exercises, particularly for children, based on scientific findings and existing experiences. This study is a literature review and aims to identify and examine safety and ethical considerations in trampoline exercises for children through the analysis of scientific articles, books, health organization reports, and guidelines issued by sports federations, as well as theses related to trampoline exercises, safety, and ethical considerations for children. The results of the research indicate that adherence to safety and ethical considerations in the use of trampolines for children is of paramount importance. Preventing simultaneous jumps by multiple individuals and avoiding dangerous movements, along with proper training of jumping techniques by qualified instructors and ensuring the quality of equipment, are among the essential points. Additionally, paying attention to the physical conditions of users and obtaining informed consent from parents contributes to creating a safe and positive environment for children's sports activities. These considerations not only help reduce potential risks but also enhance the quality of children's sporting experiences.
