Mohammad Ali Rostaminezhad is AssistantProfessor of Instruc-tional technology at University of birjand, Iran. His research interest is ICT in education with especial attention to e-learning, e-assessment, so-cial media in education, technology in teaching students with especial needs. He also involved in designing and developingelectronic education-al content. Dr. Rostaminezhad has M.A. and Ph.D in instructional tech-nology from Allameh Tabataba'i University, Tehran, Iran
